BUILT CLEAN

What's on the label is what's in the can. Hydrate + Go is built specifically for developing athletes, not an adult product sized down.

Carbs and three electrolytes, formulated with food scientists at NAIT and made in a licensed Canadian facility. Nothing in the can that doesn't belong there.

Made for developing athletes

Built for developing athletes, not an adult formula in a smaller can.

No caffeine, no stimulants

Caffeine-free and stimulant-free, by design.

Formulated with food scientists

Developed with the food science team at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)

HOW TO USE IT

Thirty to sixty minutes before training. Fuel and hydration, ready by warm-up.

01 30 to 60 minutes before

On the way to practice

Crack one open on the way to practice. The carbs and electrolytes get into your system before the warmup starts. Ready when you are.

02 Why the window matters

The timing is the point

The carbs and electrolytes need a head start to be useful. Drink it on the way and it's working by the time you are.

03 It's part of the plan

Same time. Same routine.

The way you tie your shoes. The way you warm up. Build the habit and the habit builds you.

REAL QUESTIONS

The questions we get most.

The questions we get most.

Who is this for?

Developing athletes who train regularly and want to show up ready. Not a pre-workout. Not an energy drink. Just fuel for the work.

What's actually in it?

24g of complex carbohydrates from two sources: rice syrup solids for quick energy your muscles can use immediately, and maltodextrin for sustained fuel through the session. Three electrolytes: sodium, potassium, and magnesium, sized to youth sweat-loss profiles rather than adult formulas scaled down. No caffeine, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial dyes, no stimulants. Every ingredient has a job. Nothing is in the can that doesn't earn its place.

Why does it have 7g of sugar?

The 7g of sugar is the fast-acting part of the carbohydrate blend. It gives your muscles quick fuel in the first minutes, while the complex carbs release steadily after.

Why carbs and not caffeine?

Because carbs are what your muscles actually run on, and paediatric guidance is that developing athletes should avoid energy drink stimulants. Glucose from carbohydrate is what fuels your sprints, sustained efforts, and competition. Caffeine masks fatigue without adding fuel. We built League around what developing athletes actually need, and a stimulant isn't it.

When should I take it?

Thirty to sixty minutes before practice or a game. Carbs take time to digest, so drinking Hydrate + Go on the way to the rink, pitch, or gym means the fuel is ready by the time the warmup starts. Not during practice. Not after. Water handles hydration through the session. Hydrate + Go has one job and one window.

How is this different from a sports drink?

Sports drinks are designed for hydration during activity. Hydrate + Go is pre-training fuel for the thirty to sixty minute window before activity starts. The carbohydrate load is higher because the job is different. A sports drink replaces what you lose during the session. Hydrate + Go loads you up before the work begins. Different product. Different purpose. Different window.
